The first day of the workshop will be delivered by Nippin Anand from Novellus Solutions . Nippin Anand is an internationally recognised specialist in human factors and safety management in maritime, oil and gas sector. Nippin will talk about learning from accidents and the Costa Concordia case.

The second day of the workshop will be delivered by Erik Hollnagel. Erik Hollnagel is an internationally recognised specialist in the fields of resilience engineering, system safety, human reliability analysis, cognitive systems engineering, and intelligent man-machine systems. Erik will talk about learning from what goes well: Safety II in practice.

The workshop is chaired by Connie Gehrt from CONOVAH.
